Salary: £45,000 plus car / allowance (£5k)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property reinstatement projects, scheduling repairs and redecoration works, and producing scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of property reinstatement projects (domestic and commercial)
  • Schedule repairs and redecoration works and produce scopes
  • Manage contractors and repairs projects to completion (including cost management)

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract managing property refurbishments and renovation projects
  • Some knowledge of insurance claims or fire, flood, water, or structural damage to properties would be highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Asbestos Handling, CDM, DPA, H&S, and Party Wall Act is required
  • Ideally, a building or technical-related qualification such as an HNC or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • IT literate and a full UK driving license
