About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the HRIS. You will also assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
Main Responsibilities- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, providing support in annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and benefit renewals.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.
- Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
