Job Overview

Guided Solutions is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Product Sales Specialist to drive sales and support endoscopy products across Southeast UK.

The Role:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling endoscopy products to healthcare professionals and facilities, with a focus on expanding market share and building strong connections in the region.
  • Provide in-depth technical training and support for endoscopy devices to medical personnel, ensuring seamless product adoption and optimal usage.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic business plan to boost sales, mitigate risks, and track competitor activity, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical settings, fostering trust and loyalty among customers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, commercial, and business integration teams to enhance customer support and service, driving overall business growth.
  • Engage in exhibitions, assist with product evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality and confidentiality standards, upholding Guided Solutions' commitment to excellence.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in endoscopy products.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and numerical data analysis, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory, with a valid driver's license.
  • Understanding of endoscopic products and procedures, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
