As an Engineering Shift Team Leader, working a Panama shift pattern, you will manage and lead your engineering team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for planning and resourcing both proactive and reactive maintenance through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), driving continuous improvement across your team, and managing contractors. You will also manage inventory, oversee process improvement projects, and plan equipment overhauls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Prioritization: Ability to understand site priorities to minimize downtime and maximize quality.
- Team Management: Proficiency in managing team performance and development.
- Performance Management: Competence in managing shift performance.
- Leadership: Provides effective guidance and support, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and apprentices.

- Time and Resource Management: Manages time, resources, and production schedules effectively.
