Get Golfing CIO is seeking an experienced Gardening Specialist to join our team. Operated by a charity supporting local golf facilities in England, we own and operate multiple golf courses with a focus on providing exceptional playing conditions and a pleasant environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the landscaping and gardens surrounding our golf courses.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery.
  • Work closely with the groundskeeping team to ensure a cohesive and well-maintained environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Previous gardening experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements
  • Possess passion for gardening and horticulture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include pension plans, work from home opportunities, training & development, free golf, 50% discount on food and beverage, and a staff referral programme.
