The Role


As a Senior Systems Specialist at QinetiQ, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the direction and guidance across our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, driving continuous improvement activities and leading the way in shaping our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the change process, gathering and formalising business change requirements and supporting the management of changes.
  • Oversee and be an escalation point for issues/incidents working closely with our internal centre of excellence teams and 3rd party support partners.
  • Undertake configuration changes across the SuccessFactors module suite based on our QinetiQ SuccessFactors support model and coordinating testing activities managing them through change control process.
  • Provide end user support and coaching to ensure adoption, training and support to key stakeholders.
  • Support in the routine system activities including role based permissions, system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the system, data imports and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product and systems landscape supporting multiple modules.
  • Extensive experience in supporting HRIS solutions and a broad understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of development and change management lifecycles.
  • The ability to problem solve, see the wider picture to enable the identification of root causes and to recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • Proven experience working effectively with internal and external customers.
