Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrator and Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop within our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient records and communication
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality when required
