Community Healthcare Technician

We are recruiting a Community Healthcare Technician to join our Occupational Therapy Department at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating hospital discharge processes, delivering and installing assistive equipment, and providing essential support to patients and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a patient-facing role or with people with illness or disability.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive pension scheme.
