Job Overview:
DK Recruitment are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join a thriving global Medical Manufacturer in Plymouth. This role offers the opportunity to master production technology and maintenance techniques, with a focus on driving centre lining activities and implementing quality improvements.

About You:
We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in technical or manufacturing experience, with expertise in high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to act quickly in a high-pressure situation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master production technology and maintenance techniques.
  • Investigate and resolve losses.
  • Implement basic maintenance processes for designated product lines.
  • Provide engineering status updates to agree resource deployment and timings.

Requirements:
  • HNC or Degree level education in Engineer/Mechatronics or a similar field of study.
  • 5+ years technical or manufacturing experience required, with several years of experience with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment required.
  • Experience working in a busy manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and encourage effective teambuilding activities.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a matched contribution pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, and a share save scheme.
