M&E Compliance Manager Job Description

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled M&E Compliance Manager to join our established property services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and developing compliance for all service areas, ensuring that all teams and people are effectively managed, have a clear focus on quality, health and safety, customer focus, and are motivated to achieve challenging objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to achieve and maintain performance
  • Liaise with customers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Provide equality and prepare opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Manage and appraise staff, with a focus on team building and development
  • Ensure up-to-date health and safety knowledge and implement relevant training
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or Level 5 equivalent in a discipline such as mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Evidence of CPD and willingness to undertake relevant training
  • Experience of managing staff and team building in a substantial scale property maintenance function
  • Senior management experience in property maintenance or construction management
  • Budgetary management skills
  • Up-to-date health and safety knowledge
