About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Manager to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a Housing Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our communities in Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of housing estates, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide proactive customer support, responding to queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our Community Housing Assistants to ensure that our estates are safe and secure.
  • Manage voids and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections and record safety and compliance checks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Standard DBS check required.
