The Role

The Specialist Corporate department provides City expertise in a modern way, with more flexibility in terms of fees compared with city firms. You will find real variety in the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The client base includes individuals and companies ranging from SME to FTSE 250 companies and household names.

Key Responsibilities

A typical caseload will consist of:

  • Mergers and acquisitions and disposals
  • Shareholder Agreements
  • LLP/Partnership Agreements
  • Share Restructuring
  • Share options
  • Company formations and Administration

Requirements

You will be a Corporate Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and work with a highly reputable and innovative firm.
