Power Platform Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that Power Platform solutions deliver tangible value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support colleagues in developing Low Code applications and understand the roles and responsibilities of support processes.
  • Advise and educate colleagues on debugging and analysing issues to discover root causes and identify fixes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate Power Platform components.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Power Platform solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are preferred.
