We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics educator to take on a leadership role in our secondary school in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4, while leading a team of talented maths teachers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Maths Department, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and provide targeted support to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set departmental goals and drive academic success.
  • Uphold high standards in safeguarding and classroom management.

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced Mathematics teacher with a track record of raising standards, or an educator with strong leadership abilities and a vision for the future of Maths education.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4, with leadership experience preferred.
