Job DescriptionRole Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team at Capricorn Financial Consultancy. As a self-employed mortgage professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage financing for their UK property purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and property developers to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and provide personalized mortgage recommendations.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of mortgage applications.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1) and ideally hold full CeMAP qualification or RO6.
- Have a strong understanding of the UK property market and/or UK financial services experience.
- Proven sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
