Our restaurant is a modern coaching inn built within a Victorian police station, offering a perfect stop for a pint, meal, or bed. Our menu focuses on British produce, celebrating locally sourced fish, meat, and vegetables. Drinks range from cocktails to a curated wine and beer list.


About the Role:

  • We require a skilled Senior Bartender with prior experience in high-volume restaurants and bars, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
  • The ideal candidate will have a creative approach with impeccable attention to detail, as well as a passion for beverage, food, and hospitality.
  • A strong desire to develop their career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £14 - £16 hourly and immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to pursue a career in fine dining or develop within a casual trend-focused cuisine.
