Care Support Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers, providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and interests.
  • Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation, tailored to each individual's requirements.
  • Support with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment, ensuring clients' safety and wellbeing.
  • Report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
