We require a Chartered Surveyor with a specialisation in property management to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivering optimal returns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day portfolio management, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Rent collection, service charge administration, and budget forecasting.
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements.
  • Expert property management advice and strategic guidance.
  • Detailed reporting and financial appraisals for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the Worcester property market.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations.
