About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team in a Regional Role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, utilizing their expertise in psychology to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, working collaboratively to provide high-quality care and support to our pupils.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance the skills of the team.
  • Manage a workload, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work, utilizing data to drive positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational).
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including families, carers, and other professionals.
