Educational Support Role

Career Teachers is seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in mainstream and special schools.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in mainstream and special schools.
  • Assist teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
  • Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff members to implement IEPs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Teaching Assistant with students who have SEND.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
