Vehicle Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Group 1 Automotive in Guildford. As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.

Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent Overtime package and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Vehicle Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
