Job Title: Field Manager

At Otis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of lift engineers and working closely with project managers to ensure the successful completion of modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of lift engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop effective project plans and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical assistance to engineers and supporting project managers and internal stakeholders with key technical information.
Requirements:
  • Experience in lift engineering and management, with a strong background in coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
