We are collaborating with Oliver James Associates Ltd. to identify a skilled candidate for a Vic President, TPA Claims position at a reputable global specialty insurer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operational and technical management of TPAs
  2. Conducting thorough audits of TPAs
  3. Ensuring bordereau reporting meets compliance standards
  4. Negotiating and signing new TPAs as well as terminating TPAs when necessary
  5. Reviewing claims that exceed TPA authority limits and making informed decisions
  6. Collaborating with senior claims professionals and executives within the organization

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in technical claims handling across multiple areas including GL, WC, auto, property, marine, and E&O
  2. Proven expertise in TPA management, encompassing both operational and technical aspects

This is a hybrid schedule opportunity (3 days in, 2 days out) with a salary range of $160-180K plus bonus and benefits.
