Job Overview:
Adele Carr is currently recruiting a Part Time Accounts Clerk to join their team based in the Leigh area of Wigan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company sales and purchase ledger on Xero accounts, bank reconciliations, allocating cash received to customer accounts, preparing daily banking, resolving queries on accounts, and preparing monthly management information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
- Processing daily banking and allocating funds to customer accounts
- Resolving customer account queries in a timely manner
- Preparing and analysing financial reports to provide insights into business performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Xero or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
