Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service chemical feed and water treatment equipment at designated locations.
  • Act as the local technical consultant and liaison with customer management and provide service and support to prescribed customer sites.
  • Coordinate functions with Area Field Services Lead/Management/Senior FSRs.
  • Perform water analysis and/or collect samples for preparation, labelling and testing.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on water treatment plant, chemical feed and mechanical equipment.
  • Keep maintenance records up to date for sites.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, piping, etc.).
  • Relay Customer feedback to Field Services, Commercial and/or Technical.
  • Recommend appropriate site procedural and/or policy changes that will help improve performance and product quality.
  • Travel to and provide support to/operate Mobile projects if/when necessary.
  • Conduct training of customers and other personnel to enable them to operate water treatment equipment.
  • Conduct training of company trainees in the various site technical functions encompassed by the position of Field Service Representative.
Requirements
  • Science, Engineering, or technical discipline preferred or equivalent.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
