Cyber Security Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Systems Security Engineering Senior Consultant to join our team at Leonardo Cyber & Security Solutions Division. As a key member of our Cyber Consulting practice, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deliver and secure their solutions and products.
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding and hands-on role with exposure across both traditional and cutting-edge IT, Electronics as well as bespoke Operational Technology systems. You will have the opportunity to inspire and lead in solving customer problems in an agile, innovative and team-centric manner.
Key Responsibilities- Relate - Actively listen and empathise with our customers to build intimacy and understand their needs.
- Understand - Define potential solutions to problems with limited information based on your experience and technical knowledge.
- Assess - Identify, measure and analyse risks attracted by digital systems and information assets through risk assessments and governance structures.
- Treat - Assist in defining appropriate and proportionate security solutions aligned to the identified risk picture.
- Degree in an Engineering related discipline, with at least 3+ years of delivery experience.
- At least 1 Recognised professional certification in Cyber Security such as Sec+ CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CASP, CEH.
- Self-directed, willing to help and mentor junior cyber security consultants/engineers and deliver solutions that increase the cyber posture of our products.
- Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modelling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions.
- Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
