We seek a Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate Director level to join our team and work on one of our key accounts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake projects up to £2m and professional work including pre acquisition and vendor surveys.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a building surveying role
  • Experience leading projects and acting as contract administrator
  • Strong interpersonal skills and report writing skills
