SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate planned preventative maintenance, inspections, service, and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs to existing machinery, potentially installing new plant when required.
  • Apply rigorous continuous improvement tools and techniques to optimize performance across all areas of the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with support functions to build effective working relationships and optimize factory performance.
  • Promote the highest health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Time-served, advanced apprenticeship (L3) in engineering maintenance, or equivalent.
  • Maintenance experience and fault diagnosis of pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and fault diagnosis.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic continuous improvement tools and techniques.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
