About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Aylesbury Dairy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • Time served or apprentice-trained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience as a multiskilled engineer with a proven track record of maintenance and repair.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production, and process environments.
  • Knowledge of fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, three-phase motors, variable speed drives, sensors, relays, PLCs (Siemens), site services, and CIP systems.
  • Computer literate with experience in SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, and HMI's.
