**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Commissioning Specialist to join our team at PM Group. As a Process Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing commissioning services for a Biopharmaceutical project in Oxfordshire.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside existing client engineers, managers, and directors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct P&ID walk-downs to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of site water systems, including establishing a Water sampling program and running program.
  • Participate in FAT and SATs to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Undertake various other process commissioning activities relating to new equipment, including collecting daily samples/testing and acting as water systems owner/champion until handover to the production Water champion.
  • Complete RO/WFI water system upgrades and remediation activities as per site list.
  • Support and represent the technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
  • Coordinate and align activities with client engineering, quality, and production requirements.
  • Liaise with all departments necessary for delivery of the project, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers and internal/external service providers.
  • Support and represent the technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, inspections, and audits.

**Requirements:

  • Hold a degree-level education in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Have experience of process commissioning on multiple projects in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
  • Have prior experience of commissioning biopharmaceutical process equipment.
  • Have a full understanding of cGMP, GxP, GLP, GDP, and industry health and safety regulations.

**Off-Payroll Working Rules:

This role is believed to be outside IR35.
