SEND Teacher Position

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a full-time basis. This role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
- Take full responsibility for marking, assessment, and monitoring student progress.
- Develop creative and supportive learning strategies to help students reach their full potential.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create individualised learning plans.
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with SEN students in a classroom setting.
- Ability to work full-time, taking on all planning, marking, and assessment responsibilities.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- A patient, empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
