As a Head Chef at Ember Inns, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your passion for food and commitment to excellence will inspire your team to create dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise
- Train and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality food
- Manage kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service
