Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring the highest level of customer service and maintaining a professional and positive image.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall health and safety of the hotel at night, including fire walks, security checks, and other relevant duties.
- Lead the team of Night Porters and Night Auditors, ensuring all tasks and duties are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage the front office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel, working closely with the management team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar night or reception role.
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel business and previous hospitality experience.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera and Brilliant electronic front office systems.
- Excellent leadership and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
