In this critical role, you will contribute to creating a safe and secure environment for those in our care. As a Prison Custody Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining order and preventing conflicts within our facilities.
Main Duties:- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and provide exceptional support to prisoners and staff alike.
- Utilise strong communication skills to negotiate complex situations and resolve disputes efficiently.
