About the Role

As a Systems Engineer at Thales, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex systems to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, efficient, and meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and understand customer needs through advanced studies, simulations, and prototypes
  • Formalise specifications and architecture to propose the best solution to customers
  • Prepare and carry out integration, verification, and validation tests
  • Define test plans and procedures for system-level testing
  • Ensure technical integration and coherence of system design, interfaces, and performances
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an engineering field (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Proven experience in software and/or hardware, systems engineering, and IVVQ activities
  • Ability to update expertise continuously and design innovative solutions to fit customer needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
