About the Role

We are looking for a Branch Operations Assistant - Deeside to join our Austin Fraser team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service on the Trade Counter, selling electrical products, and assisting with store displays. You will also be required to complete deliveries and work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service on the Trade Counter
  • Selling electrical products to trade professionals and members of the public
  • Assisting with store displays to highlight promotions and store offers
  • Completing deliveries using the company van
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical product knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
