About the Role


We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our team in Maldon. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • You will be responsible for selling new homes in Maldon, working closely with our development teams to ensure that we meet our sales targets.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when buying a home from us.
  • You will work collaboratively with our marketing team to promote our developments and attract potential buyers.
  • You will maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to your manager.

Requirements
