Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant to provide technical consulting and product expertise to clients, ensuring comprehensive solutions are delivered. The ideal candidate will have a background in software implementation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting and product expertise to clients, ensuring comprehensive solutions are delivered.
  • Identify and schedule the necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Equip sales, account management, and support teams with the tools needed to effectively sell and support the company's solutions.
  • Lead implementation pilots and guide customers in visualizing the final solution.
  • Collaborate with clients during implementation to identify and manage any required data cleansing before full launch.
  • Present a detailed project review to internal stakeholders prior to customer launch.
  • Provide project reporting to the PMO.

Requirements

  • Background in software implementation working for a SaaS provider.
  • Ability to understand business and customer needs and implement technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a satisfaction in developing logical solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with circa 1 day in the office per week.
