This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automated Gate Service Engineer to join our rapidly expanding business, where you will hold a position of genuine influence within the company. You will be responsible for covering a patch from Northampton to Southampton and the Home Counties, performing reactive maintenance, routine maintenance, quoted works, and safety upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience working in the Automated Gates industry;
  • Expertise in fault diagnosis, repair, service, upgrades, and installation work on automated gates;
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to record information accurately on relevant documentation.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 Per Annum, OTE £40,000 to £60,000 + Average of 20 Hours Overtime Per Week. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive 23 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays + Pension + Company Van.

Work Environment

You will typically be working on swing gates, barriers, sliding gates, primarily on properties through property management companies. Your day-to-day tasks will include reactive maintenance, routine maintenance, quoted works, and safety upgrades. You will be required to cover a patch from Northampton to Southampton and the Home Counties, but no stay away is required.
