Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Host Staffing. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work in a modern European dining room based in London Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards
  • Lead a team of cooks and assistants to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Source and purchase ingredients to meet the restaurant's needs
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment
  • Strong knowledge of modern European cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak service hours
  • Ability to source and purchase high-quality ingredients

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid vacation time and opportunities for professional growth and development.
