Job Overview:
Fitch Group, Inc. is a leading provider of credit ratings and research solutions. Our Model Development Team in London is seeking an experienced Data Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the ratings team to design, develop, and implement credit rating models using Excel/VBA programming language. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in credit modelling, and a solid understanding of credit rating methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and design credit rating models
- Participate in team initiatives such as innovation programs, training sessions, and next-generation model forums
- Collaborate with the ratings team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics)
- Prior experience in Excel/VBA programming or Python development
