About Us: Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is a leading provider of residential care services for children and young adults. We are committed to delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Our 4-bedroom children's residential home in Styal offers a supportive and nurturing environment, with access to extra education and therapy services. As the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our home and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader who can lead our team to deliver exceptional care outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential care, with a Level 5 qualification and at least 2 years of experience working in a similar setting. They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as knowledge of Ofsted regulations. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations and leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

The package for this role includes an estimated salary of £62,000 per annum, plus a bonus for achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings. You will also receive regular training and reflection sessions, as well as opportunities for professional development.
