We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at QED Legal in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer to work in a boutique claimant practice specializing in conveyancing as a main expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling residential, domestic property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. They will work closely with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Residential and domestic property conveyancing
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to handle matters from start to finish
  • Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi
