We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping students self-regulate and engage with a wide array of SEN including ADHD, Autism, Downs syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To help students develop self-regulation skills
  • To support students with complex needs
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Requirements:

  • TA level 2 or above
  • Team Teach Training (In date)
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to employ nurturing strategies

Our Behaviour Support Workers are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring the correct level of TAX and National Insurance, with no admin charges deducted from your earnings.
