Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

An established regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least five years' experience to join its successful team in Birmingham as Head of Private Client.

This is a great opportunity for a private client lawyer with solid experience who is ready to take the next step or someone who would like to take a supported step up into a Head of Department position at an early stage in their career.

As Head of Department, you will oversee the growth of the team as it develops its private client offering and grows its client base of local and HNW clients.

The firm has a strong referral network, including connections with financial advisors and accountants that all refer work into the team.

You will handle a caseload encompassing a broad range of Private Client matters, including tax, trusts and probate.

The right person will have experience of working with HNW individuals and business directors, experience of supervising others and be willing to get involved in BD and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the growth of the private client team
  • Develop the private client offering
  • Grow the client base of local and HNW clients
  • Supervise others and be involved in BD and networking

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Experience of working with HNW individuals and business directors
  • Experience of supervising others
  • Willingness to get involved in BD and networking
