We are seeking an experienced RICS qualified Valuation Surveyor to join our client, a leading property consultancy based near Covent Garden. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

About the Role

As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing valuation advice on various property assets, assisting with formal Red Book valuations, and supporting portfolio valuations for financial accounting purposes. You will also work closely with clients, including investors, developers, and members of the legal profession, to provide expert advice and guidance on commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing accurate and timely valuation advice on various property assets
  • Assisting with complex Red Book valuations and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and national real estate markets and their impact on property values
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Degree or Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g., surveying, property, finance)
  • RICS qualified and Registered Valuer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality valuations
  • Excellent verbal, numerical, and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and financial modeling tools
  • Previous experience with valuation software and a willingness to learn new systems
