We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Management Executive to lead our organization's efforts in implementing our Strategic Roadmap and advancing our mission of promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Oversee the management of a team of 13 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, funders, and partners, to advance our mission and goals.
- Design and implement effective communication strategies to engage with diverse communities and promote our organization's work.
- Collaborate with the Policy Team to advance advocacy efforts and build relationships with government and civic organizations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve organizational goals.
- Minimum 7 years of related professional experience, with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Advanced organizational management skills, with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of coworkers, external business partners, and the community.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to operationalize these principles internally and programmatically.
- Ability to tailor messaging and communicate effectively with staff, community members, other non-profits, media outlets, employers, government and elected officials, donors, foundations, etc.
The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 annually, with a generous benefits package, including health and dental insurance, employer-matched retirement program, and paid time off.
