About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive and planned repairs to void properties, including exclusion works and other trade repairs.
  • Undertake assigned tasks using a handheld device, working efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience.
  • Work in both occupied and void properties, with a focus on completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A level 2 trade NVQ or level 2 City and Guilds qualification in Carpentry and Joinery.
  • Excellent working knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Customer-focused approach, with experience of working in social housing and maintenance.
  • A valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
