Job Overview

The role of an EYFS TA at North East Ambition is to provide high-quality support to the teaching team, ensuring a smooth-running unit that caters to the diverse needs of children. As a valued member of the EYFS team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities, promoting the development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, incorporating relevant resources and materials.
  2. Provide individualized support to children, recognizing their unique learning styles and abilities.
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to the school's values and ethos.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting children's growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Proven experience working with young children, preferably in an EYFS setting.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.
Compensation and Benefits
