Teaching Personnel, a reputable provider of educational solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor to join one of their secondary schools in Ellesmere Port. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about education and supporting young people's learning journeys.

Role Overview:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources provided by teaching staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them complete their assigned work.
  • Liaise with teaching staff and the senior leadership team regarding student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in schools, youth work, or coaching).
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and contract type.
